It’s time to celebrate

How many times have you celebrated whatever you are doing in your life? It can be something as simple as going through a very exhaustive day and still getting some time for your regular cooking? Or being in an annoyed state but still dealing with things calmly? Or even something as simple as getting up from bed every morning even though you are barely in the state to move? You know, these are not just normal things for everyone but also something which makes a huge difference in a person’s life who is doing everything in his mind to lose their battle to these everyday events. 

You know, it does alter your brain chemistry if you show yourself some care and compassion. Just kidding. But it does make you feel a little better. You know, these wins are not small when you have it often as it makes a big difference. It does create a neural pathway in your mind which slowly trains to release dopamine - the pleasure hormone in our body. And thus, get you into better and healthier habits and that is how you continue being better and heal yourself. Isn’t it fun?


Well, so give yourself a pat on the back or a small treat or even a compliment, that you did it, despite. And remember to appreciate yourself, even if no one else does it. Because, you are amazing, even if someone says it or not. A win is a win. Proud of all the growth you have done and more power to you ahead.
