It’s all Entangled

“Some days I don't want to heal. I just want someone to see the mess and stay anyway.”

Since it is the winter season, I would specifically like to talk about wool. You must have seen those wool balls which are well kept and all set to be used immediately, so that the process gets easier. But when it gets messy, mixed and entangled with each other, it is so irritating to work with it, you can barely make sense and it gets on your nerves. It is so much work to sort it out and so much effort to make it get back to normal. It is one tiring process. But it is needed for you to make your work easier. Unfortunately, it may break at times due to too much pressure but then you fix it whenever possible.

Your thoughts pretty much work the same. They are all set and ready to work but at times, it may get too confusing, irritating or even turn into an absolute mess. So what do you do? Do you let it stay like that or do you let it take a toll on you or you manage to sort it? Well, usually we sort it one by one because it is too much to deal with all of it. And yes, it may happen that you will get tired and you would want a break from it which you can take. Well, the pressure? That is when it gets overwhelming and you end up yelling, crying or even hurting yourself. It’s not that you want to but at that point, your brain leads to those thoughts. And this is the time you take a break from all of it and give yourself a pause.

Sometimes, putting a lot of pressure on things can lead to shattering of things and may end in hurt; so you just let things be and make peace out of what it is until it starts to make sense again.
