I don’t feel motivated….
"You will not always be motivated, therefore you have to consistent" You have an assignment due tomorrow but you don’t feel like doing the work for it or maybe you have a presentation to submit in the office urgently or even if you have been told to clean the room and you keep delaying it all because you just don’t feel motivated enough. You just don’t get the time or even the mood to do it or you just keep panicking on how to get it done and then keep delaying and panicking and the cycle goes on… So how to come out of this loop? What exactly does the motivation cycle look like?
